Bradley Allardyce is innocent of the murder of David Fairburn

Bradley and another innocent man were found guilty by a majority verdict (which means that not all of the jury members agreed with the conviction). However a man called Shane Porter was found guilty by a unanimous verdict (All of the jury members agreed with his conviction).

Bradley was been made aware of the events on the night of the murder. These were explained to him by Shane Porter whilst on remand in Belmarsh Prison. Shane Porter also told the same to the other innocent man.
Bradley has never denied that there was an altercation between himself, his brother Reece and pregnant girlfriend and David Fairburn and his two friends, prior to the events that led to his death.

Bradley went to the police and volunteered his side of the story when rumours began to emerge that Fairburn had died.
He explained that there was a fight but when he had last seen Fairburn he was very much alive.

Reece was also helping the police with their enquiries and despite being released on bail 4 times, was, along with, Bradley, Wayne Turner and Shane Porter arrested, and charged with the murder of David Fairburn. There were 2 additional charges of Conspiracy to cause GBH and Violent Disorder.

While it was common knowledge to the public and the police who had actually killed Fairburn, the CPS tried to prove a conspiracy (an agreement between 2 or more of the men involved to cause harm) Neither telephone records, CCTV nor eye witnesses could tie these men together to prove a conspiracy at any stage leading up to or after the murder.

I will continue to campaign for my brother's innocence.
